Cancelling
Cancel a Camito subscription
You do not need to ask us and you do not need a reason. Camito is billed by Apple through the App Store, so that is where you cancel it.
On your iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings on the device.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Camito, then Cancel Subscription.
You can also manage your subscription with Apple on the web. If there is no cancellation button and Apple shows an expiry date, it is already cancelled. See Apple’s cancellation instructions if you cannot find it.
Apple controls this, and the Apple Account that was billed is the only place a Camito subscription can be cancelled. We cannot do it for you, and anybody who says they can is not us.
Not on Google Play. Camito is sold only on the App Store, so there is no Google Play subscription to cancel.
What happens next
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. It is not a refund of the period you are in.
- You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- When that period ends Camito locks again, and while it is locked you cannot open your progress either. It stays on your phone: we do not delete it, and subscribing again opens it as you left it, as long as the app is still installed. The Terms say this in section 6.
- Cancelling deletes nothing. Your progress lives only on your phone, so if you want it gone too, delete the app: that removes everything Camito kept, at once. The Privacy notice says exactly what that covers.
Refunds
Refunds are Apple’s decision, under Apple’s own policy, and a refund request goes to Apple rather than to us. If you think something went wrong on our side, write to [email protected] and tell us what happened.
Not built yet. A guided cancellation page will live at https://, in a separate application from this website. It does not exist today, and nothing on this page depends on it: the App Store steps above are the real route and they always will be for a subscription Apple billed.
